  3. Connect the three-phase power 380V to the 3P empty input terminal, and connect the zero line to the zero line row.
  4. If the user does not configure the missing phase protector, please skip this step.
  5.  The missing phase protector is incorrect in the missing phase or phase sequence.At that time, the connection between the 5th and 6th terminals will be disconnected. These two terminals are connected in series in the fire wire that controls the AC contactor. If the two terminals are disconnected, all AC contactors will be disconnected and cut off the power supply of the rear equipment to protect the rear equipment. The red light of the missing phase protector means that the phase sequence is incorrect or the phase is missing. The green light means that the phase sequence is normal. The shielding switch of the phase-missing protector is a single-channel open. When the empty-open is pushed on, it is equivalent to connecting the 5 and 6 terminals of the phase-missing protector. The function of the missing phase protector fails. When using the generator set, the voltage is too high, too low or the three-phase voltage imbalance may cause the phase-defected protector. At this time, the phase-missing protector shielding switch should be used to remove the protection function.
  6. If the user does not configure the thermal overload protector, please skip this step.
    On the thermal overload protector, there is a dial column outside the white strip or a small cross knob on the white circle, which can adjust the overload action current of the thermal overload protector. The numerical calculation method is 2.2A rated current for 380V voltage per kilowatt fan. For example, the rated current of 1.5KW fan is 2.2*1.5=3.3A. At this time, the current limit of the thermal overload protector is set to 3.6A, that is, 1.1 times the rated current.
  7. The general control box is installed inside the chicken coop. There are many impurities in the air, and there is ammonia corrosion. The inlet and outlet of the control box is sealed with wide tape or flame retardant substances to prevent flies or corrosive gases from entering the aging electronic circuit. The front of the control box should also be dealt with. Don't pile debris around the control box.
    In greenhouse situations, the control box must be placed outside the greenhouse. The humidity inside the greenhouse is very large, and sometimes there is a relative humidity of nearly 100%, which is very easy to cause leakage.
  8. How to solve the problem of the main switch trip on the wall
  9. When the equipment is working, the main vacuum switch on the wall will trip, which is generally caused by leakage. The three-phase electricity output by the vacuum switch cannot be connected to the 220V electrical equipment. For example, a temperature control meter or light bulb is connected between the A phase and the zero line. At this time, the vacuum switch detects that the current flows through the A phase and does not flow back through the other two phases. So I tripped. The solution is to check the three-phase power line with the output of the vacuum switch, find the AC220v power supply equipment, connect the power supply line to the front of the vacuum switch or behind the other switch, and do not take power from the vacuum switch.
    If it is difficult to operate or you don't understand what's going on, you'd better ask an electrician for help. Safety comes first.
